Easy Valentines Strawberry Trifle Recipe

Are you cooking something special for your loved one this valentine’s day? We have the perfect dessert recipe that everyone will love.

Ingredients:

4 Sugar ‘N’ Spice Raspberry & White Chocolate Cupcakes

100ml of Irish Cream

1tbsp of Irish cream liqueur

1tps Vanilla extract

100g of strawberries cut into small pieces

Method:

1. First, take the buttercream icing off the cupcakes and put it into a small bowl. Leave the cakes to one side.
2. Add the cream and vanilla extract to the butter icing and mix to create a smooth mixture.
3. In a separate bowl, crumble the cake from the cupcake and add the Irish cream liqueur.
4. Now assemble into bowls or glasses. First place a layer of cut strawberry then cream and then the cake mixture. Keep layering until filled to the top.
5. Decorate the top with extra chopped pieces of strawberry, a slice of fresh mint or whatever topping you fancy adding.
