• Is this product suitable for vegetarians?

Yes, all of our products listed on the website are suitable for Vegetarians.

• Is this product suitable for vegans?

No. However you can shop our ‘sister’ website www.blackfriarsbakery.co.uk who have a range of 8 delicious Vegan friendly flapjack flavours.

• Is this product Halal certified?

All of our products listed on our website have been Halal Approved.

• Is this product gluten free?

No. At present we do not have any Gluten Free Products, but we will be launching a NEW range of bars that will be suitable for a Gluten Free diet.  To find out when these are available to buy, why not sign up to our newsletter.

• Where do I find out about the ingredients, allergy advice and nutritional information?

Just click on the ‘Ingredients’ tab and scroll down to see all allergens highlighted in BOLD and a list of all allergens that are also used on the bakery site. The nutritional information is available on the tab next to this.

• Does this product contain palm oil?

No. Any palm oil that we use in other products within the range is always from a sustainable source.

• How can I make a wholesale or trade enquiry?

• What are the storage conditions for this product?

All of our products are ambient therefore should not be refrigerated as this will affect the shelf life. The products should be stored at a stable room temperature, away from cooled environments such as fridges, freezers and air conditioner units. 

• Can this product be frozen?

Yes. If you decide to freeze the products we recommend that you consume them within 4 weeks after defrosting.

• Is VAT applicable?

The products in the range are exempt from VAT. 

• How long will my order take to be delivered?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days and once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation from us.

• International orders

We advise that International Orders will be received within 10 working days.

• What do I do if my order is incorrect or damaged on delivery?

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can rectify the problem as soon as possible. Please quote your order or delivery note number when contacting us.
